The potential duration of energy supply contracts depends, among other things, on the respective ownership structure and the specific contractual relationship.
For homeowners’ associations, consumer protection regulations generally apply, which is why contracts are usually concluded with a term of up to two years.

The contractual relationship exists between the client and the respective energy supplier. The client can be a single legal or natural person as well as a homeowners’ association (WEG).
How is 3Plus funded?
3Plus is funded by a commission that we receive from the respective energy supplier in the event of a successful referral.
Since this commission is always the same amount, we are completely independent and not tied to any specific supplier. Our selection is therefore based exclusively on the individual requirements and needs of our customers—not on the economic interests of individual providers.
